What our Property Management service includes: |

1)
Holding 2 set of keys
and available for "Meet & Greets" for arriving guests. |
|
2)
Making sure the Electricity and Water are
connected and working. |
|
3)
Making a weekly security check of the
property |
|
4)
Running all taps, flushing the toilet, and
checking the boiler for leaks. |
|
5)
Checking for any signs of un-welcome entry |
|
6)
Any issues will be raised and quotes
provided for any necessary action |
|
7)
Upon acceptance of quotes, the workmen to
carry out the repairs. |

Apartment cleans and washing of laundry |

We will clean your apartment ready
for your guest to |

arrive, make the beds, and air the
room. |

|
Towels will be placed on end of the
beds ready for use |

for your guests.

Our
Apartment cleans are 40 euro for a standard
2 bedroom Apartment, and the
|
|
laundry is taken to the local Laundry shop in the near by village
of Duquesa where |
|
it is professionally washed and ironed.
(Laundry is charged at 10 euro per person). |

Food Packs |
|
Should your guess be
arriving late or on days when the local shops are closed,
then |

we can arrange to buy and
deliver a Food Pack. |

Airport Collections
|
| |
|
If you have a guest arriving
and they dont have transport then we can arrange for

them to be collected from
Malaga airport. Please contact us for prices. |
